The facilities are new, designed, and built especially to provide a high-quality service aimed at the well-being of older adults and their families. (We are not an adapted house as most places unfortunately are).

Individual and permanent psychological support and therapies.

At the time of admission, family members and the resident fill out a “habits and customs” questionnaire so that we can adapt to their lifestyle and make them feel at home.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

Activities such as exercise, swimming, walking around the lake and gardens, participating in the care of our fruit trees, and hydromassage sessions in the jacuzzi.

SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES

For those who wish (to listen to daily mass).

NURSING ASSISTANCE.

Care and support 24 hours a day by nurses: taking blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, glucose, oxygenation, dressings, etc.

SUPPORT FOR THE RESIDENTS

Medication control and support to take it at the correct pre-established times.

SUPPORT IN CLEANING ACTIVITIES

Support in all hygienic and personal activities (bathing, dressing, changing diapers, changing position in bed, getting in and out of a wheelchair, etc.).

TRANSFERS IN THE FACILITIES

Transfer within the residence (go to the dining rooms, and recreation areas, sunbathe, cut fruits, walk around the lake). Accompaniment in the pool, during exercises in the gym, etc.

DOORBELL

Residents are provided with a bell through which they request immediate support from care assistants.

CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK

Continuous information from the resident to family members, via email, WhatsApp, or Skype. (There is a Facebook session where photographs are uploaded daily.)

PRIVATE BATHROOMS

ALarge bathrooms inside the room, with safety rails and non-slip floors.

CONTINUOUS CLEANING

Room cleaning, laundry, and disinfection of common areas.
